This document provides a quick guide explaining on how to create a shipment in the One Network system.

1. Log on to the One Network system.
2. Select Transportation > New Shipment to open the New Shipment page. 
   
   
   
3. Enter the following details on the New Shipment page:
   

   1. Shipment Number

      Note
      You can use a system-generated shipment number if required.

   2. Ship From Site 

      Note
      The shipper will populate based on the information entered.

   3. Ship To Site 

      Note
      The consignee will populate based on the information entered.

   4. Equipment
   5. Pickup date range
   6. Delivery date range
      
4. Click the Content tab to enter information pertaining to the shipment lines.
5. Click the Add Line link to display the New Shipment Line window to enter the line information.
   
6. On the New Shipment Line pop-up window, enter the following shipment line information:
   1. Line Number (auto-generated)
   2. Item
   3. Weight
   4. Volume
   5. Shipped Quantity and Quantity Unit of Measure
      
      
7. Click Add to save the shipment line information.
   
8. Repeat this process to add more shipment lines. 
9. On the Schedule tab, enter the following shipment attribute information:
   
   1. Appointment Required (checkbox)
   2. Partner
   3. Partner Profile
   4. Commodity Code
   5. Appointment Code
   6. Load Type
      
      
10. After all shipment information is entered on the various tabs, click Save on the bottom of the page to create the shipment.
    A success message is displayed, indicating the that he shipment has been created.
