This document explains how to view a Shipmentshipment's Tender Plan in the One Network system. The Tender Plan tender plan contains a list of the Carriers carriers that the Shipment shipment can be tendered to. The list of carriers is determined by the route selected for the shipment.
Viewing a Shipment's Tender Plan

- Log in on to the One Network system.
- To locate a Shipmentshipment:
- Use Use the Search field (on the top right of the page) to search the Shipment shipment, or
- Click Transportation > Awaiting , or Confirmed.
- After locating a Shipmentshipment, the shipment information is displayed on on the Movement/Shipment Summary page.
- On the Movement/Shipment Summary page, under the Links column, the P symbol is the link to display the Tender Plantender plan.
- The State state of the shipment is also displayed on this page under the State/Status column.
- The Carrier column displays the name of the Carriercarrier.
- If the Shipment shipment is in the Awaiting state, this Carrier carrier is the first Carrier carrier on the Tender Plantender plan.
- If the Shipment shipment is in the Confirmed state, this is the Carrier that carrier has accepted the Tendertender.
- Click the P symbol, which stands for Tender Plan, to view this Shipmentshipment's Tender Plantender plan. The Tender Plan page will be is displayed.
The list of Carriers carriers is displayed. This list is determined by the corresponding Route route for this Shipmentshipment.
Note The associated Route route is listed on the page under the Route field.
- To remove a Carrier carrier from the Tender Plantender plan, click on the "X" symbol next to that Carrier carrier and click Save.
The Allowed Response Time column shows indicates the amount of time each Carrier will be given carrier has to accept or reject a Tender tender before it expires.
Note Time can be edited and changed if desired
- Click Tender Now to tender the Shipment shipment to the list of Carriers carriers on the Tender Plantender plan.
