Introduction

This document provides a quick guide explaining explains how to view a Shipmentshipment's Tender Plan in the One Network Systemsystem. The Tender Plan tender plan contains a list of the Carriers carriers that the Shipment shipment can be tendered to. The list of carriers is determined by the route selected for the shipment.

Viewing a Shipment's Tender Plan

1. Login Log on to the One Network Systemsystem.
2. To locate a shipment:
   1. Use the Search field (on
   Locate a Shipment. This can be done by going to a specific Transportation screen (i.e. Awaiting, Confirmed, etc) or by searching for a Shipment using the Search field in

   2. Click Transportation > Awaiting or Confirmed.
3. After locating a Shipment using the Search fieldshipment, the shipment will be information is displayed on the Movement/Shipment Summary screen page.

4. On the Movement/Shipment Summary screen page, under the Links column, the "P" symbol  symbol is the link to display the Tender Plantender plan.
5. The State state of the Shipment shipment is also displayed on this screen page under the State/Status column. In addition, there is a

7. If the Shipment shipment is in the Awaiting state, this Carrier carrier is the first Carrier carrier on the Tender Plantender plan.
8. If the Shipment shipment is in the Confirmed state, this is the Carrier that carrier has accepted the Tendertender.

9. Click the P symbol, Select the "P" symbol which stands for "Tender Plan" to , to view this Shipmentshipment's Tender Plantender plan. The Tender Plan screen will be page is displayed.
