  1. Log on to the One Network system.
  2. Click Administration > Roles.
  3. The Roles screen is displayed with a list of the current roles.
     
    To add a user role, click Add Role.


    The Add Role screen is displayed.


    Enter information in the various fields to add the user role.

    Fields marked with an asterisk symbol (*) are required.

     

    • Name field - enter the name for your role. Note: This will be the name of the role that will be used later when you add a user.
    • Type Name field - select one of the available user role types from the drop-down list.

      Note

      Coordinator or CSR roles do not have administrative privileges.

    Once all information has been entered, click Save. You will receive a message that the user role was successfully created.

  4. To view the details of a user role, click the role name under the Name column on the Roles screen.

  5. The Role Details screen is displayed.
  6. For carriers only, click the available Shipper Account tab to view a list of companies you are partnered with.

  7. If no radio button is selected in the list, this role will have access to shipments from all the listed companies.
    To have this role only have access to shipments from one of the companies, click the radio button next to that company and then click Save.
