  1. Log on to the One Network system.
  2. To locate a Shipment:
    1. Use Search field ( top right of the page) to search the shipment or
    2. Click Transportation > Awaiting or Confirmed.
  3. After locating a shipment, the shipment information is displayed on Movementon Movement/Shipment Summary page.

  4. On the Movement/Shipment Summary pageSummary page, under the Links column, the P symbol is the link to display the tender plan.
  5. The State of the shipment is also displayed on this page under the State/Status column.
  6. Carrier column displays the name of the carrier.
  7. If the Shipment is in the Awaiting state, this carrier is the first carrier on the tender plan.
  8. If the Shipment is in the Confirmed state, this is the carrier that has accepted the tender.

  9. Click P symbol which stands for Tender Plan to view this Shipment's Tender Plan. The Tender Plan page will be is displayed.

  10. The list of carriers is displayed. This list is determined by the corresponding route for this shipment.

    Note

    The associated route is listed on the page under the Route field.

  11. To remove a carrier from the tender plan, click on X symbol next to that carrier and click Save.
  12. The Allowed Response Time column indicates the amount of time each carrier has to accept or reject a tender before it expires.

    Note

     Time can be edited and changed if desired

  13. Click Tender Now to tender the shipment to the list of carriers on the tender plan.
