This document provides a quick guide explaining how to create a Shipment in the One Network System.

Creating a Shipment

  1. Login Log in to the One Network Systemsystem.

Select Transportation

    Enter information details on the Header tab:
  1. Shipment Number (note – can have the system auto-generate if desired)
  2. Ship From Site (note –
    1. hipment Number

      You can use system generated shipment number if required.

  4. Click on the  the Content tab in order to enter information pertaining to the shipment lines.
  5. Press Click the Add Line link to display the New Shipment Line popup in order to enter the line information. 
  6. On the New Shipment Line popup, enter the shipment line information:
    1. Line Number (auto-generated)
    2. Item
    3. Weight
    4. Volume
    5. Shipped Quantity and Quantity Unit of Measure

  7. After entering the shipment line information, press the click Add button on  on the popup.


  8. Repeat this process to add additional shipment lines.  Click on the Schedule tab to enter shipment attribute information:
    1. Appointment Required (checkbox)
    2. Partner
    3. Partner Profile
    4. Commodity Code
    5. Appointment Code
    6. Load Type



  9. After all shipment information has been entered on the various tabs, press the Save button on the bottom of the screen to create the shipment.
    A success message will be displayed indicating the shipment has been created.
